Designating legal employers, PSUs and TRUs

Designate the first entity as a legal employer, then as a payroll statutory unit, then create a tax reporting unit under it with its own registration. For the second country, model the pattern differently — separate legal employer and PSU, or multiple TRUs — so both shapes get built rather than described. Then open the HCM information page for the legal entity, walk its additional attributes, and review the resulting hierarchy. Designation is not casually reversible once workers exist. That is said again here, and repetition is the point in a flagship module. The HCM information page is where employer-specific attributes live — worker number generation, employment model defaults.
