The lesson opens on the finished artifact: four countries fully modelled, with a worker hired into the structure and the record saving cleanly. It does not look like much. It is the most consequential ninety minutes of building in this entire course. Here is the chain: jurisdiction → legal entity → legal employer designation → legislative data group → business unit → reference data set → association → first hire. Every link depends on the one before it, and if you miss one the failure appears at the far end, at hire time, looking like something else entirely. This is the longest module in the phase, and the reason is worth saying plainly. This is where global implementations go wrong — not dramatically and not on the day.
