Four scenarios, end to end: the facts, the structure, and — most importantly — the reasoning. Single country, single entity, four hundred employees. One legal entity; legal employer, PSU and TRU all the same entity; one LDG; one business unit. That is it, and it is shown first deliberately, because simple is correct when the facts are simple and the pressure in this module runs toward over-modelling. If you find yourself adding structure here, ask what requirement it serves. Single country, three registered entities, shared services. Three legal employers; possibly one PSU depending on whether the legislation permits group filing — which you ask rather than assume; and three or fewer business units depending on the segregation requirement.
