Proving the structure works

Run the verification checklist, object by object. Then hire a test worker into legal employer one and confirm the LDG resolves, the business unit list is populated, and the record saves. Hire a second into the second country's legal employer. Look at both workers' records and where the structural attributes appear on them. Then deliberately attempt a hire into a legal employer with no associated business unit, and watch it fail. A successful test hire is the only proof the structure is correct. Configuration that looks right and fails at hire is the norm rather than the exception. The deliberate failure is not a mistake, it is the lesson: you need to have seen the empty list of values so that you recognise it later, at speed, on somebody else's project.
